AT&T’s entry into the ‘triple-play’ arena of TV, high-speed Internet, and phone is now available in the Valley and response from customers has been somewhat conflicting. Some differentiating features of U-Verse are not available yet as the product is still new. The package price of U-Verse is actually slightly higher, but the offerings are more diverse. I recommend people do their due diligence in making sure U-Verse is right for them before switching from their current service.
